We have formed a number of successful joint venture and partnership arrangements with other property companies and funds where our planning, development and management skills and local market expertise have been used to deliver returns from very large, complicated assets, or where we have simply been asked to share in the financial risk of a relatively straightforward project.
Along with owning and managing our own portfolio, we are have also been in partnership with MEPC to undertake the strategic planning and development of specific investments in the North West.
