Throughout, from the initial negotiations to us taking occupation on the 21st July 2008 and our subsequent months of our occupation, the team at Magnus have been extremely supportive, flexible and accommodating of our requirements.

Once the lease agreement had been reached Magnus were also willing for us to have early access so our own infrastructure could be installed ahead of our formal occupation date.
