Magnus have secured another letting on one of their newly refurbished offices on the first floor at Riverside, Congleton. Your Style Products Ltd viewed the new offices last Thursday afternoon and signed their new lease Friday morning and moved in to their new 220 sq ft office on the Friday. Magnus pride themselves on being able to provide excellent customer service and are able to provide a flexible all inclusive lease which enables our customers quick and easy access into an office.
Seven new offices were created on the 30th September 2011 and there are now just two from the new phase remaining (440 sq ft and 450 sq ft) which would be ideal for a 4 to 7 person office. These offices have been refurbished to a high quality standard and are available at competitive rates.
Riverside can offer office suites from as little as 150 sq ft (1/ 2 person office) up to larger suites of 5,545 sq ft (55 to 85 person office).
