North West based waste and recycling firm, STE Waste, are turning Magnus, the commercial property investment and Development Company, green with the implementation of a new paper recycling scheme at all their buildings in Manchester City Centre, Greater Manchester and Cheshire.
Magnus's portfolio now exceeds over 17 office buildings In line with the company's desire to reduce the carbon footprint of each of its buildings, a paper recycling and confidential waste shredding service has now been implemented and is available for all their customers.
STE Waste has been providing waste collection services to Magnus for over 15 years. Commenting on the new scheme, Marcus Farmer, Managing Director of STE Waste said: "We work closely with our clients to ensure they are getting the service they need. Customers will also have the option of confidential on-site shredding, another service provided by STE Waste.

Magnus are keen to reduce the environmental impact of their buildings and by using one company to provide waste, recycling and on-site shredding the number of picks ups (and miles) will be minimised.
