The British School of Watchmakers take space in Sale

Cheshire based property investment company Magnus has let 2,448 sq ft at Crossford Court, Sale to the BSoW. The 2,448 sqft suite has been taken on a 10 year lease at £14 per sq ft plus car parking.
According to Vicki Crompton of Magnus there is now no space available in this popular 35,000 sqft office complex fronting the A56 until September 2006, when a further 1,085 sq ft will become available.
