Magnus have agreed terms on three deals in 19 Spring Gardens Manchester and are close on another two as the policy of splitting the floors into smaller suites begins to pay off. The deals have been for between 1,000 and 3,000 sq ft and show a pick up in demand for flexible office suites in Manchester at a size range which has been missing for a while but which is now slowly returning . This is an encouraging sign since this size range represents the ‘engine room' of the office market in Manchster City Centre and shows that SME's are feeling more positive about the future - much more than they were even six months ago. For those SME's based in Manchester City centre there is a bewildering array of options to choose from which actually makes it even more difficult to make decisions.
