Unique Nursing, an offices occupier at South Court for the last couple of years, has renewed its lease for office premises on the 1st Floor of building A. The office suite consists of 500sq.ft and was originally rented for an initial period of 6 months. Magnus recognises that, in a difficult economic trading environment, some organisations do not wish to commit to a lengthy lease and need to manage their cash-flow very carefully.
