Following the huge success of Phase 1 of the office refurbishment at Grosvenor House in Altrincham Town Centre, where 4 of the office suites were let prior to completion of the works, Magnus has now finished Phase 2 of the works and are pleased to welcome Shell Car Care International Ltd into the building. Shell Car Care will take occupation in 732 sq ft in the next few weeks. A few reaming office suites are now available from as little as 222 sq ft (1-2 people) up to 8,592 sq ft (80 - 90 people). All of the offices are available on either longer conventional leases or short all-inclusive contracts with terms starting form only 6 months.
