In a recent market report one of Manchester's leading commercial office agents confirmed that prime rents held firm this quarter and there is evidence of incentives moving in. A lack of Grade A space is anticipated with Landlords becoming more aggressive and tightening incentive levels as their negotiating position strengthens.
