Magnus' most recent office investment and remodelling project is progressing well in Manchester. 19 Spring gardens is located in the office core of Manchester City Centre and the Office suite on the 6th floor, which has been pre-let to Locktons, is near completion. In addition the Ground floor suite which has been let to Trevor Sorbie, is also nearing completion. The remaining works to the office accommodation, common areas and reception are on schedule and will be complete before Christmas.
