Refurbishment works start at Offices in Manchester

POE have been appointed to refurbish the first floor offices. POE have started works on the first floor office suite comprising 715 sq ft (6-7 people) which is available to rent on flexible terms.
POE will also start works on the office suite in Manchester City Centre comprising 1,685 sq ft. This office suite has already been let to AcQuire who are due to take occupation of the space on 1st December 2008 for three years.
