Refurbishment works have now begun at Congleton's prestigous office building, Riverside with 3 offices pre let already

Work within Congleton's most prestigious office building, Riverside, commenced last week which is Magnus' next phase of refurbishment on the first floor of the building.
The new additional office space within the building will provide office suites starting from as little as 190 sq.ft (1/2 person office).

The newly refurbished offices will provide unique character space at an affordable price for SME's looking for their first business premises or to relocate their current business.
Already 3 of the offices have been pre let which means a total of 36 % of the 2,120 sq ft offices have been let. One of these lettings includes a 190 sq ft office to Corporate Eye Web Services Ltd who will be taking occupation in a larger office provided by Magnus until their office suite is ready to occupy in the first week of October.
