Following the success of Phase 1 of the office refurbishment at Grosvenor House in Altrincham Town Centre, where 4 of the office suites were let prior to completion of the works, Magnus has pressed the button on Phase 2 of the works. The works begin today with completion due in 5 weeks. A further 6 office suites will be created from as little as 222 sq.ft (1-2 person office ) up to 6,750 sq.ft (60-70 person office). All of the offices are available on either traditional or bespoke all-inclusive contracts with terms starting form only 6 months.
