Magnus not only own offices to let throughout Manchester, South Manchester and Cheshire, but also manage all of their buildings with a team of dedicated professionals. At Their office building in Altrincham, Grosvenor House, the electrical distribution serving the building has been upgraded as part of the planned maintenance programme. These works coincide with Magnus proposals to create new office suites and the transformation of the reception and common areas. The office suites will be available from 150 sq ft (1-2 person Office) to 12,790 sq.ft (100-130 person office) and will be ready to occupy at the end of spring.
