Following the success of Phases I & II office refurbishment in Riverside Congleton, Magnus are currently planning phase III. As with the previous phases this latest phase will create the highest quality office space on the 1st floor of Congleton's best office building, Riverside. The works are planned to start in the new year and offices suites will be available from 210 sq.ft (1/2 person office) up to 12,000 sq.ft (100-120 person office).
