Magnus last year had a big letting success at their office building to let in Manchester city centre, with office space lettings to The Selection Group and architects Hurd Rolland.
Magnus are now pleased to announce the release of the part first floor office from April 2012. The first floor office space is becoming available in one of Manchester's sort after office buildings, Forty Four Peter Street.
