Offices in Sale attracts Messenger Group

Magnus have successfully let 4,298 sq ft of offices in Sale at their high profile scheme Crossford Court.
The Messenger Group have taken the self contained building fronting the A56 corridor on a 10 year lease and are due to take occupation on the 01st July 2008.
Vicki Crompton of Magnus comments "We are delighted to welcome The Messenger Group to Crossford Court, Sale. The building became available in March 2008 and The Messenger Group have taken the space immediately for their relocation".
A number of offices suites are available in Crossford Court from as little as 140 sq ft.
