Within only a couple of weeks from completing a comprehensive office refurbishment of part of the ground floor of Grosvenor House in Altrincham Town Centre, Magnus have successfully let all but one small suite ! The refurbishment provided high quality office space in a building which is within a short walking distance from Altrincham's Train and Metro stations. With only one office suite of 445 sq.ft remaining on the ground floor Magnus will continue with the refurbishment works on the 1st floor of the building.
