A recent report from Jones Lang LaSalle has stated:
'The supply response for a new build takes time and can be uncertain...certain markets will see acute shortages, even at average levels of take up, long before deliveries of new space are possible. This is where the opportunity lies to refurbish and deliver this gap.'
