Magnus has attracted its fifth new occupier into their office building in Altrincham, Grosvenor House.
Magnus have been marketing their office space in Grosvenor House since July, and Complaints Handling Services Ltd has taken the first floor office space and have agreed to rent a space comprising 2,145 sq ft on Magnus' flexible short form lease.
There are now only several office spaces remaining of the Phase II refurbishment which was completely recently. The office space available to rent in Altrincham is able to accommodate 1-2 people (213 sq ft) up to offices for 40-50 people (4,500 sq ft). Grosvenor House also offers meeting room space to rent out.
