After many recent successful lettings at Magnus's Altrincham town centre offices at Grosvenor House, Magnus have now completed the refurbishment of their first floor office comprising 4,572 sq ft (45 to 70 person office). This newly refurbished office suite has been refurbished to a high standard and is available to rent on a flexible basis or on more traditional leasing terms.
Magnus manages all their own Altrincham offices and pride themselves on delivering excellent customer service. The whole leasing process will be efficiently managed with the aim of getting your new office up and running as fast as possible.
