The Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust has signed up to take 1,300 sq.ft of offices space in Magnus' Macclesfield Town Centre office development, Ropewalks. Works have begun to fit-out the offices and the Trust is hoping to move in at the end of March. Although Ropewalks provides the best offices space within Macclesfield Town Centre, Magnus have taken a flexible approach to occupation and offer either traditional or all-inclusive lease structures, thereby creating an offer which is attractive to a range of businesses; from sole-traders to multinationals.
