The face lift of the office space at Nelson House which was reported in December 2008 has now got board approval to start in the next few weeks.
The office space at Nelson House will provide office space to let from 400 sq ft upwards on the second floor. The office space will have the use of a communal kitchen / boardroom facility and be available on our flexible lease arrangements. The office space is being created to satisfy the level of interest we have received for the building due to the location and competitive rates on offer.
