Care Mark, who have already expanded their office operations within Riverside in Congleton, are again taking additional office space on the 2nd floor of the buildings. The new office suite consists of just over 1,000 sq.ft and has the benefit of its own board/meeting room, kitchen and air-conditioning. ‘We are delighted that Car Mark have chosen to expand within the building and we are currently seeing more and more SME's across our North West office portfolio following suit, which is extremely encouraging' said Ed Lockyer Magnus' Estates Director.
