44 Peter Street, one of Magnus' Manchester City office buildings, has a new Building Manager, Ken Standley. Ken has many years experience of property management and is responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the building and offices space therein. Based in the main reception Ken is the first port of call for all occupiers and is always on call to assist the building's eight office occupiers in any way he can. The building is classed as providing Grade A office space within Manchester City Centre and has the additional benefit of a generous on-site car parking allowance.
