A number of property professionals, including Drivers Jonas Deloitte are predicting a return to rising rentals in Manchester City Centre in the near future. The Manchester office market has performed extremely well over the last two years during what has been a very challenging time. It has certainly out performed it's major rivals by some distance and is establishing itself as the nations second city. There is only 1 years supply left of new office space. This would normally already have kick started a number of new developments but with the credit markets still largely closed the supply looks set to continue to fall in the near future.
