We have attended or received most of the office agents office market presentations and reports over the last few weeks and there can be no doubt, whist some are slightly reluctant to publicly admit it, they are far more positive than they have been over the last couple of years. It would appear that if the take up of grade A space in 2011 is anything like the annual average then we might on only have 15 months availability.
