An office within Arthur House on Chorlton Street in Manchester has let before the current occupier' lease had ended. Magnus take a great deal of pride in knowing and understanding the needs of its customers and when an occpier in Manchester closed its office, but still had a lease commitment in place for some time, Magnus agreed to work with them and market their office with them. The result is a new letting to Audit Xchange who has taken an office on the 3rd floor of the building, which has enabled the exiting occupier to formally vacate the building, thereby saving them thousands of pounds.
