Broady Lee Kershaw, one of Manchester's leading accountancy firms, has completed the lease for their new offices in Manchester City Centre. The firm has rented the whole of the second floor and part of the first floor of Hanover House on Charlotte Street. Magnus undertook reconfiguration works on behalf of the firm and delivered the offices to them for occupation on the 1st October. Magnus are currently undertaking refurbishment works on the ground floor of the building which will provide a unique loft-styled office of 1,028 sq.ft with split level meeting room/office and a very generous floor-to-ceiling height.
