Magnus has started to develop a new area of its web-site specifically for the benefit and use by its customers across their extensive commercial property portfolio in Manchester, South Manchester and Cheshire. X-change will provide a wealth of information on commercial property matters, along with specific areas designed to promote cross-selling between occupiers. Magnus's customers will be given their own unique log-in information and will be able to post press-releases, company promotional material and information on the nature of their business. In addition they will be able to see what other companies do within a specific building/location and be able to contact each other to either enquire about selling/purchasing their goods/service.
