We have been working together with Capita for some months now assisting them in sourcing existing buildings that could be refurbished/remodelled into Schools. We have then been advising them on Design, Cost, Construction, Partnership and Funding initiatives in order to create a high quality product quickly. If the project proceeds we hope to be involved in the asset and facilities management of the Schools.
