Magnus completed their third stage of refurbishment at Grosvenor House just five weeks ago and welcome their latest occupier Mrs Ying Song into the building. The office building which offers customers office rentals on either short flexible all inclusive lease options or longer convention lease agreements is located on a prominent corner of Barrington Road in Altrincham town centre and is a two minute walk from Altrincham train and bus stations. Magnus created four new office suites in their third phase of refurbishment and these range from 187 sq ft (2 to 3 person office) up to 810 sq ft (8 to 10 person office). Three out of the four office suites have now been rented out leaving an office suite of 445 sq ft (4 to 6 person office) remaining. Magnus can now offer office rentals on offices to rent from 213 sq ft (2 to 4 person office) up to larger office suites of 4,572 sq ft (45 to 50 person office).
