Magnus have just completed their third phase of refurbishment to their Altrincham office premises, Grosvenor House. The works completed just three weeks ago and already two of the four new offices have been let to SEO Creative and Dreams2Realty Ltd. This now leaves two new suites of 445 sq ft (4 to 6 person office) and 810 sq ft (7 to 10 person office) within this phase of refurbishment. This week alone Magnus have had five viewings on the new office suites. These offices are available to let on all inclusive short form leases or alternatively on longer conventional leases to suit each individual occupier. "We have a lot of interest in the last few office suites available at Grosvenor House and it won't be long until we will be planning our next phase of refurbishment within the building" says Debbie Meredith at Magnus. Grosvenor House can now offer office suites to let from as little as 213 sq ft (2 to 3 person office) up to 4,572 sq ft (45 to 50 person office).
