Yesterday Magnus handed over the keys to Knight Creative to their new office in their Sale office building, Crossford Court. Knight Creative have taken a suite of 296 sq ft (2 to 4 person office) located on the first floor of Building A as their new premises.
Magnus were able to offer Knight Creative the fully refurbished office at a competitive rate and on a flexible lease agreement.
Crossford Court still has a handful of offices remaining starting from as little as 148 sq ft (1 to 2 person office) available at £333 + VAT per month (inclusive of rent, service charge, business rates, buildings insurance, heating costs, electricity usage and reserved on site car parking allocation).
