Magnus have committed office space to let in the North West within their office space portfolio solely targeted at SMEs. The office space has been allocated within existing office buildings, including offices to let in Manchester and offices to let in Cheshire, and provides high quality accommodation within fixed monthly overheads. Edward Lockyer from Magnus said "We find that although offices buildings which provide fully serviced accommodation have their place, a lot of businesses do not want to have the ‘short-term' and ‘not established' stigma which is sometimes associated with the same. What we can offer is office space within established and traditional office environments, but on short-term lettings with all-inclusive fixed overheads.
