Magnus have secured another two new office tenants, in just two weeks since their last letting at their Manchester city centre office building, 19 Spring Gardens.
Howes Percival and Meter SPV have chosen 19 Spring Gardens for their new Manchester city centre office space. Solicitors Howes Percival has taken over 1,600 sq ft of office space on the second floor and Calvin Asset Management Ltd have taken just over 2,100 sq ft of office space on the fourth. This now takes the office lettings in the Manchester city centre office building during September 2010 to over 15,000 sq ft and the office to over 75% let.
This just once again underlines quality of the office accommodation available to let at 19 Spring Gardens and the speed at which transactions can be carried out by the Magnus team.
