MAGNUS RECRUIT RETHINK FOR SPRING GARDENS
Cheshire based property development and investment company, Magnus has secured another tenant to join Locktons and Trevor Sorbie in 19 Spring Gardens.
The ReThink Group PLC - the aim listed staffing and consultancy business - is relocating from its current premises having agreed to take the third floor of the building, on a new 10 year lease at a market rental.
Magnus have carried out a £2.5 million refurbishment of the 38,000 sq ft building, which completed earlier this year and provides Grade A office accommodation in suites from 650 sq ft to self contained floor plates of 5,700 sq ft together with retail at street level in the heart of Manchester's traditional office core.

Kiing Sturge and WHR Property Consultants are the retained joint letting agents for the building.
