MAGNUS LOCKS NEW SPRING LETTING

Cheshire based commercial property management, development and investment company, Magnus has secured its first office tenant for its Manchester City Centre mixed use, 19 Spring Gardens.  Lockton - the world ‘s largest independent insurance broker - is relocating from its current officess at Hanover House having agreed to take the sixth floor of the office building, which totals 5,300 sq ft on a 15 year lease at rent from £25 per sq ft.  

19 Spring Gardens is also home to award winning hairdressers, Trevor Sorbie, which has now opened its first Manchester salon on the ground floor of the building having taken 2,700 sq ft on a 15 year lease. 

Magnus is currently carrying out a £2.5 million refurbishment of the 38,000 sq ft building, which is set to provide Grade A office accommodation and 5,000 sq ft of retail at street level in the heart of Manchester's traditional office core.
