Magnus Expand Portfolio with Altrincham Acquisition

Cheshire based property investment company Magnus Limited has again expanded its investment portfolio with the acquisition of Unisys House, 20 Barrington Road, Altrincham for £2,775m from Moormead Limited.
Located in Altrincham town centre at the corner of Barrington Road and Woodlands Road the property occupies a prominent position in the route into Altrincham. The property comprises 19,560 sq ft.
