Magnus has just celebrated its 33rd office letting deal of the year. Although this figure is slightly down on last year, it is a function of the ever-reducing office space it has available to let in Manchester City Centre, South Manchester and Cheshire.
This figure has also highlighted renewed confidence for businesses who Rent office space from Magnus, with circa 33% of all new transactions coming from existing customers who are expanding their operations and are now prepared to take on space for growth
