Magnus have appointed POE to refurbish the first floor offices, comprising 680 sq ft at Hanover House, Charlotte Street, Manchester.
The refurbishment of the offices in Manchester will involve the first floor common areas, WC facilities and a suite of 680 sq ft which is available to rent on flexible terms and competitive rents.
The offices will be available to let on completion in mid August 2008.
