Magnus have already completed 87 office lettings this year with a further 12 in the pipeline. The lettings range from small office suites of approx 200 sq ft to 10000 sq ft. Now that the Government spending review announcement and half term are out of the way we are expecting to see an increase in demand to rent offices throughout the portfolio.
