One of Magnus' longest serving customers, Sutton Plumbing, has just renewed their lease at the Crown Centre on Bond Street Macclesfield for a further 3 years. The Crown Centre is a mixed-use urban business park which provides trade-counter, light industrial, storage and office premises within very close proximity to Macclesfield Town Centre. There are currently only a couple of Light Industrial./storage units available to let and , with rents starting from as little as £3 per sq.ft per annum, they won't be around for very long.
