Magnus has recently seen a jump in enquiries for their office space in Macclesfield.
Whether this is attributed the end of the summer holidays, or the feel-good factor due to the recent unpredicted weather, no one can be certain.
However this spike does not seem to be isolated to Macclesfield and Magnus has also seen enquiry levels increase across Manchester City Centre, South Manchester and Cheshire where they has a number of multi-occupied office buildings with suites available to let from as little as 150 sq.ft to circa 10,000 sq.ft.
