Nineteen Spring Gardens is also home to Trevor Sorbie, which opened its first Manchester salon on the ground floor of the building having taken 2,700 sq ft on a 15-year lease.
Magnus is currently carrying out a £2.5m refurbishment of the 38,000 sq ft building, which is set to provide Grade A office accommodation and 5,000 sq ft of retail at street level.
Vicki Crompton, new business director of Magnus, said: "We have worked very closely with Lockton over the last year to tailor a deal and premises to meet their immediate demands and their expansion plans over the next five years. We are also pleased to welcome Trevor Sorbie to the building."
