Magnus have instructed their contractors to commence works on the first floor at their office building to let in Altrincham town centre, Grosvenor House to create a new suite comprising approximately 1400 sq ft for their existing occupiers Lawton Hathaway.
Lawton Hathaway took occupation within Magnus' office building in Altrincham 1st September 2010 just over 12 months ago and now require more than double the amount of office space they are currently in. Magnus are currently creating a new fully refurbished office suite on the first floor of the building to accommodate their expansion plans. This suite will be ready for Lawton Hathaway to move into mid December 2011.
Magnus pride themselves on being able to accommodate their existing customer's needs and can act quickly and efficiently to their customers individual office requirements when their business is expanding or contracting.
