Just over a week ago Installation Solutions (UK) Ltd signed up to take an office suite of 185 sq ft on the ground floor of Riverside located on Mountbatten Way in Congleton. These offices in Congleton were currently fully occupied on the ground floor until Magnus recently agreed with Tri Star Communications who occupy part of the ground floor to relocate them to larger offices on the second floor. Despite a very tight timescale, the Magnus team were able to get a team of workers together and undertake partitioning works to enable occupation on 6th April. Magnus benefits from being able to respond quickly to our customers needs by having a large supply of contractors and in - house expertise. Magnus are soon to start works to the first floor as part of their Phase 3 works to the building. Office suites will be available to rent from 210 sq ft (1/2 person office) up to 10,000 sq ft (100 person office).
