CB Richard Ellis has recently stated that
'It is likely that headline rents of £30 per sq ft may be achieved during 2011 in light of diminishing supply and continued demand (of office space in Manchester). We anticipate incentive packages to reduce significantly during 20011 in light of the reduction in Grade A supply.'
