Magnus recognize the importance of flexibility when it comes to negotiating the terms of an office lease. Magnus have been able to provide the flexibility needed for Lighter Life who occupies offices at Crossford Court in Sale. Last week Lighter Life moved into a new office and this will be their third move since moving into the building in April 2009. The office suite which Lighter Life have moved from has already been let to Chenbro Uk Ltd who have taken the 377 sq ft and will be moving into their new office next week.
Works have now started on site at their Sale office building to create Storey's: SSP Ltd their new office which will be ready for occupation the week commencing 15th December 2010. A small office of 165 sq ft will also be created to a high quality standard and will be ready for occupation the same week. This small office in Sale will be perfect for a business looking to accommodate one to two people.
