First Pre-Let For Forty Four Peter Street

Magnus has pre-let the Ground Floor of Forty Four Peter Street, Manchester to Dubai's largest private real estate developer Damac Properties (UK) Limited. The accommodation, which comprises 2,250 sq ft, has been taken on a 10 year lease at a rental of £20 per sq ft.

Magnus acquired the unoccupied building in January of this year and is currently carrying out major remodelling works, which will transform the reception and exterior of the building as well as giving the interior a facelift throughout to provide 25,290 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation over ground and seven upper floors with secure basement car parking. The works will be completed in July.

Forty Four Peter Street is well located within the heart of Manchester's vibrant office core, adjacent to the new Radisson Edwardian Hotel, and with neighbours who include GMEX and the sucessful Spinningfields development, providing a complimentary mix of residential, office, leisure and retail use.
